However, if you encounter any issues with the items you have received, you may return them to us within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that this policy excludes bespoke or personalized items, such as engraved jewellery, unless a manufacturing defect is present.

We make every effort to ensure that the images and descriptions of our products on our website are accurate. However, as many of our items are handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur. Additionally, some products may be subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and may offer an alternative product without any obligation on your part.

All prices displayed on our website are transparent and include no hidden fees. Any additional costs, such as engraving or shipping, will be clearly outlined at checkout. In the rare event of a pricing error due to technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payments made using the original payment method.

Returns and Refund Policy

At The Name Jewellery, your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 14-day refund or exchange policy for all products purchased through our website. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If you decide within 14 days that the product is not suitable for you, please contact us via email to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with their original packaging intact.

Please note that bespoke items, which are custom-made to your specifications, and engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items after the 14-day period has elapsed.

In certain cases, we may contact you before creating your item to confirm specific requirements, especially for high-value or custom-made items. This ensures the product meets your expectations and minimizes the likelihood of returns.

Returns – Faulty Goods

If your purchase develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. For refunds, please allow up to 30 days for processing. For exchanges, please allow up to 28 days to receive your replacement item.

Return Delivery Charges

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service when returning items to us for your protection. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item was delivered in error or is faulty. In such cases, we will reimburse your return shipping costs.

Most of our products are custom-made, so please allow up to 20 days from the date of order for delivery. We aim to deliver 90% of orders within 1-2 weeks after payment. This timeframe includes the handcrafting process, which involves modeling, cutting, engraving, plating, and shipping. For diamond-set or bespoke items, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
