Please print this Sizing Tool (click). You have two choices with this tool. The first, please put your existing ring onto the circles and find your size. Alternatively, scissor out the measuring bar on the right of the paper and use it to measure your finger size. Please follow the instructions in the above PDF document. We recommend that you can use both two methods to make the result more accurate.

Higher karats of gold are less likely to cause irritation so opt for 14 or 18 karat. You could also try platinum or even palladium as both of these metals are harder and stronger than gold.
