For the price, it's a great product. Very pleased with pendant, but had to buy a different chain. The one supplied broke on the first day

This is a very delicate item, but very good value for the money. I think it's a great gift for a good friend. You do have to put the chain on the gift card yourself, but this takes seconds! Some people have also complained that the gift bag is a bit stinky - definitely not so in my case. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and am looking forward to giving it as a birthday gift to my lovely friend.
