The necklace is beautiful and awesome service! I accidentally put the wrong spelling of the name I wanted on the necklace. Of course, I didn't realize until it was delivered to my friend. I sent a message about what happened and to see if there was anything that could done. Surprisingly, I was told that they would send a new one free of charge and it would be sent right away. Great service! I can't wait to see the new necklace with the correct spelling.

It came packaged with a presentation card, and a little jewellery pouch.As a gift, it was very much like by its recipient , chain maybe could have been a bit longer, but there was no option for this.
